Reflective Supervision
Reflective Supervision is a crucial, strategic process that promotes professional growth and enhances the well-being of staff. It is a valuable technique characterized by three core components: Regularity, Relationality (collaborative approach), and Reflection. This method emphasizes key values such as trust, safety, respect, mindfulness, confidentiality, and collaboration.
Motivational Interviewing
A client-centered, goal-oriented approach to enhance the motivation and follow-up support in facilitating change with individuals you serve. It is rooted in empathy and active listening with topics including the trifecta of change and the stages of change being highlighted.
Motivational Interviewing Level 2
Expands on the principles of Motivational Interviewing practices where participants will learn advanced skills.
The Working Mind for Managers
​This training is offered through AHVNA and facilitated by certified facilitators through the Mental Health Commission of Canada. The Working Mind for Managers provides participants with the practical knowledge and skills they need to fully support their employees’ mental health and well-being by ensuring the workplace climate respects and involves all employees.
