A highly interactive leadership development workshop based on the research and best-selling work of James Kouzes and Barry Posner, a globally respected framework for building effective leadership at all levels, and designed to help individuals discover and strengthen their leadership capabilities. The Leadership Challenge® is a widely recognized framework for leadership development, based on over 30 years of research into leadership behaviors. Drawing on the insights of Patrick Lencioni’s best-selling books The Motive, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, and The Ideal Team Player.
D.I.S.C
DiSC is a behavioral assessment model using four main styles -Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness - to understand how people approach challenges, influence others, respond to pace, and follow rules, helping improve teamwork, communication, and self-awareness by providing insights into behavioral tendencies and work styles.
Family Systems Theory for Organizations
This training applies family systems concepts to the workplace, helping organizations better understand team dynamics, communication patterns, roles, and responses to change. Participants will explore how organizations, like families, operate as interconnected systems where individual behaviour is influenced by relationships, structure, and culture. Through practical examples, reflective activities, and discussion, this session supports staff and leaders in identifying patterns that impact collaboration, conflict, and overall workplace well-being.
