Why Mastering Confidence?

  • Leaders can hit points in their career when they get knocked off their game, by team drama, workplace conflict, an overwhelming workload, or something that is going on in their personal life.
  • Lacking the support they need, they might feel powerless, their confidence can begin to fade, and they may even start to wonder if they have what it takes to lead.
  • In this unique learning opportunity, Author and Leadership Development Coach Kathy Archer will guide you through the MASTERING CONFIDENCE book. You will learn to a system you can use again and again to MASTER YOUR CONFIDENCE!

As part of this Virtual Book Club, You Will:

  • Read a portion of the book and complete activities provided by Kathy each week prior to book club
  • Create a confidence framework that will help you enhance your confidence in a specific area, shaking off the doubt, anxiety and overwhelm and begin to efficiently lead again.
  • Note: each participant will be sent a copy of the book Mastering Confidence prior to book club
