Every day in organizations, we face changes:

➣ The program changes

➣ The leadership changes

➣ The funding model changes

➣ Our office sites, expectations and systems change

➣ Or we have a worldwide pandemic!

How effectively are you and your team navigating the changes?

And how prepared are you for settling into the “new normal?”

This training series will be of interest to supervisors, team leads and/or managers who are working with a team of staff.

During This Training, You Will:

  • Learn about the physiological stages of change and how they impact you and your team.
  • Learn strategies to navigate change effectively.
  • Create a plan for transitioning through upcoming changes.
  • Increase confidence in effectively navigating the change on your team!
